IQF Frozen Mango
IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Standard Mango is a process of rapidly freezing individual pieces of mango to preserve their original flavor and highest quality.
Size: Cut into small cubes 10x10mm - 25x25mm (or as per customer's request)
Shelf life: 24 months
Storage conditions: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Applications: Can be used in various dishes as desired
Product Characteristics:
- Color: Characteristic light yellow to orange-yellow of mango
- Ingredients: 100% natural mango
- Brix level: Minimum 12
- E.coli: Not detected
- Coliform: Max 10 cfu/g
